Maestre Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière
Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière was born in Paris, France, on January 18, 1916. His work transcended disciplines such as science, art, philosophy, and education, creating a synthesis and methodology for the true integration of humanity.
From a young age, he demonstrated remarkable intellect, earning the “Ernest Rousille” award at just 12 years old. He pursued studies in mining engineering, architecture, natural medicine, and universal sciences. During World War II, he served as a psychologist and gained widespread recognition for his astrological predictions published in Europe and America.

In 1946, he founded the International Federation of Learned Societies and led research on ancient civilizations, astrology and medicine. Among his visionary statements he noted: “In less than ten years, rockets will reach the moon.”
In 1947, he began his public mission in America after a revealing interview with Master Sun Wun Kung, who confirmed his mission in the continent. In Caracas, Venezuela, on January 18, 1948, he founded the Gran Fraternidad Universal, together with his first disciple, José Manuel Estrada.
Spiritually, he delved into yoga from the age of 20 and was one of the few Westerners to attend the Kumbha Mela, a major spiritual gathering in the Himalayas. He also embarked on pilgrimages to Mount Kailas in Tibet, Mecca, and Palestine, weaving these experiences into his universalist vision.
As a writer and scientist, he left a monumental work composed of 99 texts written between 1947 and 1962, including the 36 Psychological Purposes and “Yug, Yoga, Yoghism: a Mathesis of Psychology”. His literary, symbolic and esoteric legacy is articulated as a great work destined to the initiatory work and the evolution of the human being.
Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière passed away on December 27, 1962, leaving behind a legacy of knowledge and transformation that continues to inspire generations.

The Elder Brother, Dr José Manuel Estrada was born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1900 at 10 a.m. Raised in a humble family, he became a self-taught sculptor. From an early age, he experienced vivid memories and held a strong belief in reincarnation. At 33, he underwent a profound mental awakening, perceiving divinity in all things.

The Elder Brother’s teachings emphasized self-awareness and self-improvement. He believed that understanding oneself was key to understanding and respecting others. He also championed living in harmony with nature and the universe.
He advocated for the unity of all religions and spiritual teachings, seeing a shared truth within them. He envisioned the Great Universal Fraternity as a means of uniting people from diverse religions and cultures.
Today, the organization continues to uphold the teachings of Most Sublime Maestre Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière and The Elder Brother, offering programs and activities worldwide to help people lead balanced and fulfilling lives.

(Domingo Días Porta was born in Caracas, Venezuela, on March 18, 1930. He holds a degree in Education Sciences from the Universidad de Los Andes (1965), and also studied Sociology, Anthropology and Economics at the UCV.

From a young age he showed interest in esotericism, initiating himself in spiritual studies at the age of 18. In 1950 he joined the Great Universal Fraternity as a disciple of Master Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière and the Elder Brother, Dr. José Manuel Estrada. In 1955 he received his first degree of Royal Initiation and, a year later, he made his first tour in Venezuela announcing the Aquarian Age.
In 1957, Master Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière appointed him Director of the Department of Ashrams and Esoteric Initiatory Service. As the person in charge of the “El Limón” Ashram, he managed to transform it through his own resources, balancing his spiritual work with professional and family work.
Días Porta established centers of the Great Universal Fraternity and A.U.M. in several countries, founding ashrams in Venezuela, Mexico and Peru, besides leading spiritual pilgrimages in the Andes (Kumba-Mela) in 1974 and 1986. Throughout his career, he assumed key roles within the Order, reaching the rank of Sat Arhat in 1983.
He was the founder of important movements such as the Commonwealth of Solar Indian America (M.A.I.S.) in 1977, focused on the cultural integration of indigenous peoples, and T.R.I.G.O. in Europe, to preserve the Sacred Traditions of the West. In 1998 he established Action for World Unity (A.U.M.), promoting a culture of peace and personal transformation through intercultural dialogue and collaboration.
His mission led him to travel the Americas, Europe, Israel and Morocco, sharing the initiatory teachings. In 2000 he founded the Sovereign Solar Order of Chichén Itzá (SOSCI) and dedicated decades to learning and transmitting the ancestral knowledge of America, in coexistence with indigenous communities from Chile to Canada.
In his last years, Domingo Dias Porta resides in Merida, Venezuela, where, at the age of 94, he lives in retirement, away from public activities. He attends only to advanced disciples and his family, dedicating himself to achieving spiritual liberation and the original state of the human being. His wife, Maria Guadalupe Abundis, has been his companion and unconditional support, within a sacred and deeply spiritual marriage.
